Keeping Things Whole
In a field
I am the absence
of field.
This is
always the case.
wherever I am
I am what is missing.
When I walk
I part the air
and always
the air moves in
to fill the spaces
where my body's been.
We all have reasons
for moving.
I move
to keep things whole.

These pages are designed to be
the club magazine of the Lakes T'ai Chi Group and to give an illustration
of T'ai Chi as a recreational pastime to those interested in joining
us.
We hope to give you an insight into the different perspectives
of some of the people that come to our classes on our ta'i
chi enthusiasts page.
T'ai Chi is a recreation that
is very difficult to explain and indeed the more you begin to
understand then the more you realise you don't understand. We
hope in this website at least to give you an impression of what
"that stuff they do in the parks in China" is about.
In order to navigate this site you might like to first look at
the classes we do, and the page about
forms which is one of the central aspects
of T'ai Chi. Otherwise, if you go straight to the t'ai
chi enthusiasts page, you'll find a nice width of comment
from some of club `members`, (which we intend to update from time
to time). Then suitably intrigued you can wander our pages at
will, and indeed you probably haven't read this far and are wandering
around already.
