People of all ages and abilities are welcome at our weekly classes, including visitors to the Lake District.

Most classes include Chi Kung, Form Practice and partnerwork or applications. Our overall aim is to provide a balanced practice alongside an understanding of T'ai Chi principles that can be applied to all areas of our lives.

Yealand Village Hall 9.30 - 11
all levels, beginners welcome,experienced stay for extra practice ( with Hazel )
Underbarrow Village Hall (from 5 Sept) 2 - 3 pm  Complete Beginners (with Joan) 
Windermere (from 26 Sept) Ladyholme Centre
7 - 8.30 Beginners (Chen Style 18 step Form)
8.30 - 10 Experienced (Cheng Man Ching Form and Fan Form )

Wednesday

Arnside WI Hall 10 - 12 am (from 21 Sept)
all levels, beginners welcome (with Hazel)
Ambleside Kelsick Centre 2 - 3.30pm (from 28 Sept)
All levels (Cheng Man Ching Form)

Thursday Milnthorpe Dallam School (from 15 Sept)
7- 8.30 Beginners (Chen style 18 step Form)
8.30 - 10pm Improvers (Cheng Man Ching Form and Flute Form)
Friday Kendal Leisure Centre (beginners from 16 Sept)
2- 3pm Drop in Beginners (Qigong and Tai Chi Basics)
3- 4pm Experienced (Chen Style 18 step Form)
Burneside - Bryce Institute 7.30 - 9pm
Beginners (with Hazel)

Men and women of all ages welcome at our friendly weekly classes. You are always welcome to come and try a class before enrolling. Contact us for details.
